Home Again, Home Again, Giggity-Gig

We've missed you.
Roscoe and I are in California with family.

We have been having way too much fun visiting with our friends and family.
We survived our first flight (with the help of a lovely young lady who I happened to sit by).
Roscoe went to the beach for the first time with his Auntie Beep.

We have been visiting some of our favorite eateries.
I'll share more about that soon.

We are gearing up for a big weekend of family parties and we can't wait to see everyone.

We miss our Daniel and Bono Baby terribly.
It is so nice to be surrounded by dear friends and loved ones.
Living far away in Alabama is hard sometimes. It is so nice to be able to come home and re-group.
I am so thankful to be here right now.

love love love,
Fritzi Marie
p.s. Roscoe is going to Disneyland for the first time next week.

What did he think of the beach? Graham cried and cried the first time! Hope you had a fun time with your family. Have SO much fun at Disneyland!

Dearest Kristen, Roscoe loved the beach (especially the sand). I think he's a water baby. Love love, Kitty

I remember when we took Max to the beach for the first time. He was about five months and we went to Gulfport. We sat his little bum on the sand and got the camera out to take pictures and before we could stop him, he took two fistfulls of sand and rubbed them in his eyes. We actually have the pictures now to commemorate that event--pre and post sand in the eyes.

i have enjoyed seeing your sweet photographs on instagram! I am glad you got to spend time with your family because i know how hard it is living so far away from them. I can't imagine how much more sad i will be once Felix arrives (still can't get over her ADORABLE doll. LOVEEE. You are talented and such a gem to us)

bless the nice lady you sat by on the plane-- good plane neighbors make all the difference! Because i hate to fly, i love when i can sit next to someone who i feel at ease with. Like a dear old lady once held my hand when we landed in Georgia. I will never see her again but her kindness will always stay with me.

I CAN'T WAIT to see the photos of Roscoe experiencing Disneyland for the first time! i bet you and Dan are way excited to share such a magical place with your baby. <3

ps. i tagged you in my "random things about you" post! i wanna see a post about your 7 things but you don't necessarily have to do the tag others/awards if that makes sense:
