Sequins, Hearts, and Fire Engine Red Nail Polish

Dear Friends,

I'm still here...pregnant...trying to take it easy until Roscoe makes his big debut.
In the meantime I am taking this poster to heart and trying not to beat myself up over what I haven't been able to finish yet.
Instead, I am resting.
I have my feet up and I am admiring my swollen feeties that were treated to a pedicure this morning.
There is just something so special about having freshly painted red toenails.
I feel like a pretty princess.

I spent some time picking out presents for Daniel for Valentine's Day this morning.  I picked out a few for Roscoe too.
I just couldn't help myself.
I can't wait to decorate for the holiday in the next couple of weeks.
Sparklie hearts, sequins, and doilies make me so happy.
I also can't wait to attempt to make this Balsamic Strawberry Butter Cake.

I've been busy working on projects between naps and grumps.
Some of them are top secret gifts but I have also been busy making curtains and gathering supplies to make my own version of these dishtowels
My stove needs some pretty to hang from it.

Do you have any projects that you have been working on?
I'd love to hear about them.
I've been missing you all so much.

love love,
Fritzi Marie

Beep Beep,

I can't help myself. I haven't been able to start calling them peaceful time projects yet. I don't feel very peaceful yet. I'll work on it, just for you.

love love,

I pinned that cake too Kitty! Doesn't it look scrumptious!

I'm hoping to go for a pedicure when my Mommy arrives in a few days. I've been calling my swollen foots my "ham feet". That's what they look like to me, a couple of trotters! Ha! They wiggle when I waddle!
I'm resting too. I'm trying to tell myself that it's ok that my home isn't spotless for my Mom's arrival, she's coming to help & I need it. I'll need her to help me get this place ready for baby's arrival. But that's a tough one for me. I'm house proud.
I think I'm going to have a nice soak in the bath, I need it.
Sending you cuddles and grace for YOU! xoxox
