Magical Camping Trip

We are home from our camping adventure in The Smokies
It was an amazing weekend.
I'll share more later.
I've decided that I won't be leaving town until Baby Coco is born in late January.
The eight hour drive was a bit much for me and I will be spending my day doing all that I can to de-bloat.
Any suggestions?
I hope you all had a beautiful fall weekend.
I plan to spend my Tuesday packing up orders for the shops, doing oh, so much laundry, editing photo's, de-bloating and resting up.
I will say this, camping was harder to do while 6 months pregnant but I wouldn't have missed out on the adventure for anything.
It was magical.

love love,
Fritzi Marie

I've been thinking of you - so glad to hear you had a nice time! Camping when NOT pregnant is not a fav for me so you are a real trooper! Drink lots of water, stay away from salty things for a few days and get some walking in. The bloats should disappear!

Be very careful about car rides longer than 30 minutes from now on through your pregnancy. Swelling was a huge issue for me. You have to have Dan massage the water out of your feet and ankles (to break it up) or it wont go down. Then lie down with your feet up and drink TONS of water. No sodas or McDonalds (sodium). If your socks are cutting into your lovely ankles, you might want to consider diabetic socks, which don't hurt as bad. Flip flops, baby. Good luck!
