Looking Back

We have been in Alabama for one year.
Dan and I were looking back at photo's from our year in Seattle and missing it so.
It's funny how when you look back on things, you only see the good.
I loved my time in Washington and I can't wait to go back someday.

I am amazed by all that has happened to us in the past few years.
While I miss my figure and wish my pretty clothes still fit, I can't help wondering if our little baby will get this sneaky Daniel look or my silly grin.
It is all so strange and uncomfortable and magical too.

love love,
Fritzi Marie

p.s. We are still unpacking but we love our new home and our new neighborhood.  I think we are finally about to start getting excited about the baby news.
Hooray!

I am already thinking what a hoot it would be to hang out with cranky Kitty in her last month of pregnancy. You always make me laugh when you get that way. Enjoy every odd and wonderful minute of it. I miss being pregnant sometimes. (But not enough to do it again!) :)

To make yourself feel pretty during pregnancy, buy some very cute maternity tops/dresses at Old Navy that flatter your new figure and wear beautiful jewelery. I was actually excited to unpack my pregnancy clothes again for Kizzie. I had some really cute dress tops that I missed wearing. Just keep in mind that you will be wearing maternity clothes for 9 more months or so (plus post delivery) so make sure that they are pretty well made. Also, for some reason when your belly gets bigger you will spill things on your tummy, so get that stain spray ready! I absolutely loved my body when I was pregnant. Not the aches and pains, but the fact that for the first time in my life people weren't looking at my fat girl pooch but my lovely growing prego tummy. It's nice when you finally get past the stage when it looks like you ate too many cheeseburgers and it actually looks like you're pregnant! Also check out motherhood maternity CLEARANCE!

I'm so glad you moved here a year ago. I think your baby will be the perfectly darling combination of the two of you. Let me know if you need any help or company while you are unpacking. And when you are feeling more settled, I am ready to do some projects and open my shop so I would love for you to help me, please.
Hugs!
