You're My Alabama Daydream

The other night while sitting in the middle of this croud waiting for the Doo Nanny burn I was blessed with yet another realization that I had indeed married the perfect man for me.
I told Daniel that I needed to go potty.
It was dark and we forgot to bring a flashlight.
He told me he would go look for one for me.
When he came back, he gave me directions to the porto potty, set me up with his cell phone to find my way, held my purse, my Bono Baby, and my camera, and gave me some toilet paper (he collected it for me just in case).
It's those simple small moments that I feel the most loved.
We all need a best friend who will help us find our way (to the porto potty) in the dark.
That is my wish for each and every one of you today.

love love,
Fritzi Marie

p.s. This song has been on repeat around here.

You know, my Dan doesn't buy me fancy jewelry or bring me home roses every week....but I never have to fill my car up with gas, change a filter, or go the the grocery store for a last minute item at night. He takes care of me in the small simple ways and that makes my heart love him all the more!

What a sweet man your husband is! I love the lil moments. I woke up this morning and realized my boyfriend & I were holding hands in our sleep. I'm not sure how we got that way cuz I never woke up to do it but he said he took my hand because it was cold. =) ohh the moments...=)
