It's Business Time


Happy Weekend Wishes Dear Friends

I'm starting Weight Watchers this week. 
If any of you are interested in jumping on the weight loss wagon with me, leave me a comment with your email address. 
I'm going to keep a private blog where we can share our weight loss secrets. 

I found this "Make A Wish" print via Poppytalk.
It will be my first "motivational" purchase (for my next kitchen) after I loose my first 3 pounds. 
I need my treats. 

I'm going on a new adventure.

I would love to encourage you on the journey! I definitely am working on the whole weight loss thing, as the case of Slim Fast in my pantry can attest to!

Oh my friend...you can do it!!! I have been into the sweets lately and have decided to get back on track myself...so I will be with you my friend. My goal is to exercise every day!!!!! We can do it! ...I'll keep you posted.

I'll start tomorrow with you - I've been needing a kick in the butt to get going but cookies keep appearing in my house. (Maybe I should stop making that so it doesn't happen as often?)

Invite me over...I'm game and I've got a goal for me in mind.

I love South Beach but I need some more structure. I need someone to weigh me in once a week. OH, and I thought the meetings would be a good thing for me.

Go Fritzi! This is my struggle, too. As you know. I'm finally seeing things turn in the other direction but it's so difficult.

I'm sure you can do it! I wish you luck and all the help and motivation you need. The print is certainly a lovely reward, and I love the idea of managable goals and exciting presents when you reach them!

I've been on Weight Watchers, it was a great program for me (I lost 12 pounds), but I couldn't afford it any more. It's a struggle to keep up with points when I'm not going to meetings, but with us encouraging each other, it might be easier! my email is giulianafleming@yahoo.com

Well you need cheering up well am going to give you some lol!!…..My amazing mother started weight watchers a year ago she lost 25 pound this is no joke!!!!!! she loved products that had the weight watcher symbol: like carrot cake with only 100 calories and muffins and brownies, you could purchase these products at Fresh & Easy or any other grocery store when the cravings start kicking in ……she didn’t only loose weight but she began her journey to a healthier life style……….she feels great!! And that’s what’s important.

Patience is very necessary…….sometimes the changes take a while but once you start shading those pounds off nothing could get in your way!!!!

Good luck Kat! My mom was very successful with weight watchers. Remember to aim for good health and a sustainable lifestyle change--if you find out how to do that, please let me know I am definitely a sweets addict.

Good for you Kathy Friend, I'm on a workout routine of my own. I'm not trying to lose weight so much as get in shape. Anyway I know you can do it but I want you to know your beautiful either way.
