Treasure Hunt Saturday

Things are starting to get back to normal. We found a yard sale and an estate sale this weekend. These framed prints were a steal.

This vintage fabric (a birthday gift from Katherine and family) will soon be living in these frames.

Dan found a tiny magnifying glass. It fits in his reading kit perfectly.

I found these napkins and coasters. They are so wrong that they make me giggle. I think they will be perfect for a future anniversary get together.

"Rather would I single live than to my wife the britches give"

Did anyone find any treasure today?

You found treasures in WA!! I'm glad you're back on the hunt. I always like to see the things you've found.
I wasn't sure what you would do with the fabric---just thought you would appreciate that it was vintage. Great idea to frame them. I never could have thought that up. You are so amazingly creative. Those napkins and coasters are so funny.

I thought of you on Saturday (now it's Wednesday as I'm writing this) when we stopped at Shady Acres! All we bought was peaches, but Thomas had a glorious time stomping on their wooden floor. He was making a wild rumpus, for sure. I think we scared some people but it was such a good floor for stomping & jumping, I couldn't bear to make him stop. :)

Sam,
I wish I could have been there to see Thomas stomp around. The floor at Shady Acres always seems like it is just on the verge of caving in. I miss Mississippi so.
love and hugs,
