Treasure Update

I'm a little behind on my treasure posting. I'm thinking about opening an etsy shop to sell some Mississippi treasure. I find so many things that I love but have no room for in my little dollhouse. What do you think about that? I'm thinking it would be a fun thing to do. Plus it would make my Saturday mornings seem a little bit less selfish.
Anyhow, I found this adorable little suitcase which is the perfect shade of green. I have big plans to use it as a carry on (it will look perfect paired with my new pretty princess "tip" shoes.) When it isn't out on the town, I plan to store my what-nots in it. I'm not sure if you know this, but, my closet is my favorite room and I like to make it pretty, pretty, pretty.
Awww, a new slip for me. I'm in love and I didn't have to pay a small fortune for it on Ebay.

Well, some clueless person sold these to me for a steal. They're from 1890-1910 and I have big plans for them. I don't know what the guy was thinking. He told me they were his Grandmothers and then sold them to me for $2.00.

Same with these ones from occupied Japan. I'm hoping to throw my first baby shower for my dear friend Suzanne and these will be perfect for serving up the sweetest of treats and cucumber sandwiches.

This is for my terrarium project I'm getting ready for. It's perfect.

There is a little guy hidden on this cluttered bookshelf. I'm hoping my goodies will fit into our next home a little better.

This little guy is so sweet and he had to come home with me. I think he is all dressed up for the season and ready to say Trick-or-treat. I think he's shy and has a quiet voice.

Here is my new Yellowstone Park paint brush holder.

Finally, here are my little bunny rabbit friends. They really want to get in that soap dish. I'll have to put some special treats in there for them to nibble on.
I hope you are all having a lovely week.
hugs

Good finds!! I love yard sales! Those plates are gorgeous. It is too bad that the guy who owned them didn't understand their true value. That is okay, because now you get to make a nice home for them. You should open up an etsy shop. You have a good eye for treasure!

Silly Jeannine...I'm loving your new dreaser. A true treasure. I imagine that it will look like "what's her names" project room. You know the "Hello my name is" girl from Arizona.

Uh, that bunny plate was bought with someone in mind, I am sure! I love those lacy plates! I am really jealous, really, really! Etsy is a good idea for you. Do it. Two dollars...I can't believe it.

I always enjoy seeing your "treasures". I've never been a garage sale person, but you've really helped me to appreciate them. I can't believe that you got those plates for $2! I love those! Think of all the history they've lived through. I didn't know the picture of the little guy was new because he looked like the prints from Black Apple. Great finds!

Thanks for adding the Nick link. Love him. Joel and I used some of his lyrics from a different song in our wedding ceremony. Can't believe it has been almost 4 years.
And I love all your treasures!

Annie,
I think you are the one that posted that last post. I really think that you should start signing your name. Hint. Hint.
I checked the Crocodile blog and I'm not sure what you wanted me to see. Do tell?!

I completely agree with Jeannine. You have a talent for finding all things beautiful. You really should open an Etsy shop. I just opened a shop of my own and its so much fun.
