Smoky Mountain Wish Making
per Annie Bannie's request

I have so many things to share with you, my dear friends and family, but we've been slowed down with head colds.

Wishing always makes everything prettier and happier so I thought I'd share our Smoky Mountain wish making. We used some lucky pennies to make wishes in the Cable Mill's flume.
I wonder if you can guess what I wished for?

Glad you are back......head colds, eh? Hope you get to feeling lively soon.....too much camping out, I guess. If I were to make a wish, I would wish for good health and maximum energy level.....I am not sure what you and Dan wished for, but since you cannot tell or the wish will not come true, then I will not ask.....the mystery of wondering is intriguing anyway. To update you, today I will be going to Downey to see a benefits counselor about STRS disability benefits when I retire. I hope it is good. Tomorrrow I have my annual physical with Dr. U.....plan to get a flu shot as well. Friday, CJ scheduled a scan for both of us, to determine how well our hearts and arteries are functioning. Then next Monday I will go in to see Dr. M., the orthopedist, about the status of my disability and whether he thinks that the job assignment can be two classes and independent study. If not, then retirement....here I come. I love you both.....glad you are back....Your very own...Mommy
