"I FEEL LIKE DEATH."
-Persuasion
I've had the flu. No fun for me. This kitty cheers me up though. My cure for the flu is Popsicle's, sleep, and Katflix (my favorite movies). So Dan watched How to Make an American Quilt with me. I feel so much better. WOO HOO.
Do any of you have a favorite movie for sick days?

I enjoy A River Runs Through It. I'm getting a sore throat so we might have to watch some shadow casting in the half light of the canyon tomorrow.

Bummer Kat. I hope you feel better soon. I LOVE KatFlix---just got some the other day! Thank you! I've been dying to watch "Swing Kids" and "How to Make an American Quilt", but have to find the right time. Maybe tomorrow. We're saving "Little Women" for Christmas. Nicole knows we're saving it. She and Tyler were the ones who got the package of movies out of the mailbox and were so excited. I don't sit and watch movies too often, but my favorite movie of all time is "Hoosiers". I've watched it way too many times to count, but haven't seen it in years. It sits in my closet, just making me feel good knowing it's there. I like watching Nicole's American Girl movies too--- a lot more than she does even. Feel better!

I'm sorry you are sick - I'm sick this weekend too. Tuck.

My sick day movies are Sweet Dreams (about Patsy Cline) When Pegy Sue Got Married (I love NIck Cage in this) and The Holiday.

I need some new ones. I hope you feel better soon!

Feel better Kat! When I'm sick I watch the Food Network (unless it's the stomach flu) and love to watch the movie Notting Hill. It's sappy, but somehow the market sequence where the seasons change always makes me feel better...time passing quickly seems like a miracle when you're sick.

Enoch was just looking over my shoulder and said, "oh cute cat!"

Sorry you guys are sickies again. When I'm not feeling well I usually gravitate towards anything funny/sarcastic along with a little romance. That usually includes Hugh Grant. 2 weeks notice is full of sarcasm.

I like the sheet this cat is on. If I were sick right now, or if I didn't have to be at work, I would watch Mrs. Potter and the new BBC version of Pride and Prejudice. As you suspected I love Mrs. Potter. We need to go to Hill Top someday. The Lake District is my favorite place. I am dying to see the new Pride and Prejudice, but I am lacking in literary buddies. It seems they're both in Mississippi going to Young Conference. hmmmm.
