To my dear friends who are mothers and my sisters who will be someday. I just wanted to say "Happy Mother's Day." Today is a day to celebrate our womanhood. I think the word "womanhood" sounds so generic. But, let's celebrate the lovely ability we have to make everything beautiful and create goodness all around us. I love that we can make things so pretty and do it with SASS. I hope you all get to spend some time celebrating "YOU" this week. Celebrate the "YOU" that you are right now. Let's celebrate our flaws and our short comings.
My goal for this week is to spend some time thinking about all the good attributes and talents I have. I'm going to try to focus on the ones I have and not the ones I hope to have (someday).
LET'S CELEBRATE WHO WE ARE RIGHT NOW.

I'll start - you have a way of making simple things beautiful. You taught me to remember that each day is special and to be celebrated - "What is your wish for the day?" That little question reminded me so often that a heart needs hope and anticipation. I love that about you!

Happy Mother's Day to you, you are so sweet and cute. I love our style and creativity. Dan is such a lucky man and your kids will be pretty darn lucky, and cute some day too!

Amy,
I'm thinking that the 32 years we have known one another have paid off, you know me very well. That girl is a lot like me, in that we have a lot of the same interests. She is super cute. I think she's cool so I am going to take what you said as a compliment. Thanks Amy.
LOVE YOU
